Louis Armstrong House Museum Gala

To ensure LAHM’s 2021 virtual gala topped the success of their 2020 online event, our team planned and directed productions with the Executive Director and the Director of Research Collections at the museum, highlighting two beautiful spaces in Armstrong’s family home in Queens, and with the board chair at his home in Manhattan. We then leveraged LAHM’s vast collection of archival footage to edit together a compelling program that told the story of how Louis Armstrong become the worldwide phenomenon known as Ambassador Satch.
