ONLINE EVENTS
The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law fights for racial justice by ensuring that Black people and other communities of color have the voice, opportunity, and power to make the promises of our democracy real. To better engage donors and respond quickly to a shifting political landscape they needed a partner to produce secure, high-quality online events, with a seamless experience for their remote speakers. They engaged Really Useful Media because of our ability to spring into action on short-turn productions, which in turn enabled the Committee to address urgent issues as they arose, including programs hosted right before and after the 2024 election.
HIGH-VALUE LIVESTREAM
We livestreamed the events to a white-label server, allowing the Lawyers’ Committee to host events directly on their site with a polished, branded experience that elevated production values beyond standard virtual meetings. This setup included a registration gate, which captured attendance data to strengthen donor engagement while avoiding the limitations of Zoom. Custom graphics and live captioning further elevated production values and expanded accessibility.
STREAMLINED SPEAKER MANAGEMENT
To make participation as effortless as possible for busy event organizers and high-profile speakers, we provided advance coaching and day-of support. By handling technical details, run-throughs, and real-time troubleshooting, we ensured that speakers could focus entirely on their content, resulting in a smooth, confident, and professional on-camera experience.
